Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at Contact Us. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once shipped, you can return the product within our 90-day return period.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive 3-7 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes! The Litter-Robot 4 is designed for multi-cat households and can accommodate up to 4 cats comfortably.

What size cat can use the Litter-Robot 4?

The Litter-Robot 4 is suitable for cats 5 pounds and up. It's designed to comfortably accommodate large cats, including those over 20 pounds.

Does it require special litter?

No special litter required! The Litter-Robot 4 works with any clumping cat litter. We recommend clay-based clumping litter for best results.

How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?

For a single cat household, typically every 7-8 days. For multiple cats, you may need to empty it more frequently. The Whisker app will notify you when it's time to empty.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 90 days for a full refund. See our Return Policy for details.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes! All Litter-Robot 4 units come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from Whisker. See our Warranty page for complete details.

How do I initiate a return?

Setup & Technical

Is the Litter-Robot 4 difficult to set up?

No! Setup is simple and takes about 5-10 minutes. The unit comes with clear instructions, and you can watch setup videos on the Whisker app.

Do I need WiFi to use the Litter-Robot 4?

No, WiFi is optional. The Litter-Robot 4 works perfectly without WiFi, but connecting to the Whisker app provides real-time monitoring, weight tracking, and notifications.

What if my cat won't use it?

Most cats adapt within a week. Tips for helping your cat adjust:

  • Place it near their old litter box
  • Leave both boxes available for a few days
  • Use the same litter they're used to
  • Turn off the automatic cycle initially

If your cat doesn't adapt after 90 days, return it for a full refund.
