All Litter-Robot 4 units purchased from Catronix come with a full 1-year manufacturer
warranty from Whisker.
As an authorized reseller and certified partner, all products are covered by Whisker's official
warranty program.
What's Covered
The Whisker warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Electrical and mechanical component failures
- Motor and sensor malfunctions
- Structural integrity issues
- Normal wear and tear defects
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)
- Damage from improper installation or maintenance
- Issues caused by power surges or electrical problems
- Consumable parts (e.g., carbon filters, waste drawer liners)
Warranty Period
- Litter-Robot 4 Unit: 1 year from date of delivery
- Accessories: 90 days from date of delivery
- Replacement Parts: 90 days from date of delivery
Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
