Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Return initiated within 90 days of delivery
• Product in good working condition
• All original components and accessories included
• Original packaging (preferred but not required)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the Litter-Robot 4 and all accessories
4. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (return shipping is FREE)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• Inspection: We'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Payment: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your Litter-Robot 4 for a different color or accessory:

• We'll arrange a quick exchange process for you
• Exchange shipping is free both ways

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately at Contact Us
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
• Return shipping is FREE for damaged/defective items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Litter (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
