At Catronix, we're committed to delivering your Litter-Robot 4 and accessories quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for these locations. Additional delivery time may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using:

• The tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email
• Our customer service team at Contact Us

Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or that a secure location is designated for delivery. We are not responsible for packages left unattended at the delivery address.

Signature Required: Some high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

• Please inspect your package upon delivery
• Contact us within 48 hours at Contact Us
• Provide photos of any damage to the package and product
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
